You must know your full account number including the numbers after the dot.
Ex. 240012345.01 and your last name.
There is a $300.00 dollar limit on all credit card transactions.
Convenience Fee of $2.95 per transaction.
E-Check transactions have no dollar limit.

WASTEWATER BILLING - ACH PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM
Your monthly wastewater bill is now issued by Cecil Township Municipal Authority and payment should be made directly to the address of the bill. As a more efficient means of payment, you may request that your monthly payment be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Please complete the attached ACH form and return it to our office for processing.
The deduction will occur on the due date of the bill. You will need to complete the required information form and return the same to our office, should you wish to participate in this program. As always, any delinquent bills will be charged a late fee. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm for your convenience. Our telephone number is 724-746-4848.
